One thing I remember about those ISU unis...the all yellow is NOT a good look on big, fat OLs. If a player has a gut, the yellow really makes it stick out.

Yes, this. Though paired with cardinal/black pant and the look is better. FWIW, I think ISU's new unis are terrible (I like the stripes on the shoulders and legs), but if the kids love them so be it.

I love those Pirates duds, too. The cap design is what pushes it over the top for me.

So if Iowa replaced yellow pants with black, maybe it's better. But somehow I still don't know if I'd like it.
