That tweet is from yesterday afternoon at 3:20 - if the guy that tweeted was a credible source I think other media outlets would have run the story by now.

I’m not arguing that he won’t be fired btw, just commenting on the source/tweet.

I would LOVE to have Kliff here as our OC, but I doubt he'd be interested, and we probably can't afford him.

Our offense is not good. I know people will point to our stats last night, etc, but our offensive scheme is not good. We have DM who can gain something out of nothing for us because he never has blocking..... and then we have the bombs to Butler.... and Purdy running for his life for some yds once in a while.... and that's all we have that works. And we still can't figure out how to beat a blitz either.

Kliff would make our offense elite IMO. When watching TT against us this year, I was very impressed with their offense and the schemes they ran.

Will be fun to watch who they go after. Probably held onto him a season too long, but that's what happens when you hire a revered alum as head coach.

The offense we use is implemented at dozens of P5 schools. There isn't anything wrong with it. Where it's failed here is in the play of the front 5, and I think Campbell has said that's the group that needs to perform more consistently before ISU will be ready to lay claim to a Big 12 title.

We are going to get there, the OL is one of CMC's passions.
