Newest group on my list. My friend/former ISU roommate pointed me to this band earlier this year. Promising stuff, to my ears.

Also, I dig the video. I can relate to the "main character." :)

(I might post more clips from RBCF later in the thread)

I subscribed to KEXP on YouTube. Their channel has a ton of in studio performances. Check them out!!

Sick Puppies were the first Aussie group that came to mind that have had some stuff that I liked in the recent past. Saw them a couple times at Woolys in Des Moines in the 2013-14 time frame and they put on a good show. Hadn't heard much about them since; apparently they kicked out the lead singer a few years ago.

"I Am Australian"

The Seeker

Folk group from Oz. First hit fame in US with "Geogie Girl". The female vocal is Judith Durham, one of the truly great female pop vocalists.

These two are putting together as for the longest time I thought they were from the US. Olivia Newton-John and Rick Springfield.

So many choices for a Olivia song. Grease songs were a duet with Travolta so decided against them. I Ultimately an going with her biggest hit (as far as long time at #1) which may get grief from the public but so be it.

How is it possible that I did not know that Rick Springfield was from Australia?
