you keep posting this same concept that it is either black or white, good or bad.

You've failed to address related, and very obvious, examples that are essentially the same concept: information from a paid source disseminated to a free source.

This discussion is stupid. Just admit you're a cheap-ass, and let's move along, please.

Things I think I've learned here:
1. Thompsonclone is bad.
2. Thompsonclone isn't bad.
3. CyTwins is a jerk to Thompsonclone.
4. NM #3. Misunderstanding.
5. Harris likes Florida.
6. Some say Harris likes us best. Others think maybe not. Others say "We are Iowa State."
7. People have disagreements about sharing info from pay sites, which is against the rules here anyway.
8. Now we're deep into some kind of twisted discussion about plagiarism involving people who can write a lot but can't define what they're fighting about.

Me after reading the last 4 pages of this thread:

Maybe employees of cyclone fanatic could be held more accountable than the readers if said employees share information from a paid site with readers on another site such as cyclone fanatic.
I think you're on to something here. Leaving out the ethics, I don't think it's illegal for a person to post information from a pay site to a free site. It may be illegal for the free site to allow the pay site information to be posted on the free site, though.

How many pieces of information per month are you actually getting that can't be obtained by other means for free? How much of that information is just the administrator's opinion? Further, of that information that isn't opinion or available somewhere else, how long is that information actually exclusive? And by that I mean, how long is it usually before it comes out from another site?

The thing I enjoy about 247 is Alex Halsted and Trey Scott are more open and honest in their opinions and takes on the team, in my opinion. They call a spade a spade and inform the members on good and bad info. Alex is very quick to respond to any post so if members have a question, they ask and he responds.

I enjoy and appreciate all the work CW provides but at times I feel he's too close to the team and the university as a whole and thus is less willing to share some of the negative stories or opinions. I don't blame him for that and there's a lot of great things CF offers that blow CycloneAlert away (podcasts) but I enjoy the honesty (good and bad) I get over on CycloneAlert.
