Yes there were biased calls but this team needs overcome that. In the Tournament not everything is going to go our way. I think this team allowed those calls to affect their game plan.

The Tournament is NOT called this way. That's why WV took an early exit last year. Wake up buddy.

You are correct (a big NS to your comment) and the officials could not call the game evenly. Go back and watch the touch fouls on us that they would never call on them. I agree with you that maybe this will make them mad, but WV got a BIG hand up from the officials. Usually you can say that a few calls at a crucial time can sway the game one way or another (and don't try to tell me officials never affect a game, you'd be a complete moron to say that.) This game they unevenly called from start to finish.

The next time they play WV I just want them to mug them like they mug everyone else. It is pretty obvious that the officials can't tell the difference and maybe would let you just get away with it. When you are timid and only play basketball defense, you get fouls when they compare it to the rugby defense they put on.

When we got little more aggressive and took it to the Rim later in the game they called fouls. A little bit too late though to make a difference.

That series of three quick fouls on Iowa State and then the no call on the mugging on the layup was about as bad as it gets. Iowa State might not have had it tonight, but as usual vs. WVU there should be no way Iowa State has more fouls and yet they do.

No other teams play like that. WV will lose early in the big dance when the officials call more fouls. The way WV fouls is BS
