The "nationwide stud recruit" doesn't score very much in high school.

I think Fran is gone, still got some time to make a parallel or somewhat downward move back east.

Got the kids to ease recruiting transition, he gone.

So Michigan is playing for their bubble lives on Saturday plus it's Senior night for Chris LeVert and Spike Albrecht. Probably a loss. Then it's tournament time with Penn State likely in the first round of the Big 10 tournament. IF they win that, they get MSU.

A 1-2 finish with losses to Michigan and MSU puts them solidly on the 6/7 line.... Holy crap.

Karma is a ***** ain't it Iowa fans? You all talked **** when you were at the top but like the football team, once you played someone with a pulse you can't compete. Welcome back down to earth Iowa fans.

I'm not even sure that the Gopher team that Iowa narrowly beat to get their only win in this stretch of games even HAD a pulse. Dead Meat played Iowa to within 4 points at Carver. Rotting Corpse would probably stay within 8, and Scattered Bones Picked Apart by Coyotes would only lose to Iowa by 12 (6 if it's a home game).

On an unrelated note, I saw Scattered Bones Picked Apart by Coyotes open for Cheap Trick at the Rosemont Horizon back in '89. They were pretty good, but their soundman totally screwed the pooch and their best song was nothing but reverb and the drum track totally drowned out the vocals.

Top bold is Fran years.
Middle is Lick.
Bottom bold is Hair.

It isn't Fran, all that much, it is simply the culture over there.

I do think Fran has figured out they just aren't that good. They played well last night and couldn't win at home

Q. Coach, how confident are you that you guys will be able to turn things around?

COACH McCAFFERY: Well, I think we already have. So I'm not worried about that at all.

Q. What do you mean by that?

COACH McCAFFERY: We played well. I mean, we lost to a really, really good team.

The "digging out from the ashes of Lick" posts are starting to flow.
