It's obvious the B12 is scared of Iowa State and is asking refs to make calls against us.
We would be 9-1 if we were in the Big 10.
Bowling in the south endzone will make us a legit B12 Football Program.

You got me. Because I get sick and tired of our go-to complaint being "refs". Maybe, just maybe, we choked the game away. Maybe having our fanbase go bunker mentality and act like we are the only one getting screwed makes us look like idiots.
Explain to me if your a player and you just got done stopping them on 3rd and 12 with the lead and then all of a sudden they call a false start which in every other GD game possible the refs blow the play dead before it is played out that you would be ok with that!! Dont tell me that the defense had chances to stop them when the finally did they got another try! Total BS to blame it all on the defense. In the crucial part of the game they got the stop and they got another chance.
18-20 year olds dont have the physical mentality to be able to push things aside and regroup bad call after bad call. You tell me another team that year after year gets screwed on calls more in the Big 12 or any other league!!! I watch a lot of sports and i can never recall a team with multiple instances like ISU getting screwed even when the announcers are in disbelief!! A call here or there is ok with me but its the constant BS that we have to deal with these officials. JP needs to do something about this crap and pay the fine. 25k isnt that much when you make a couple mill a year.
That is where the coaching staff steps in and shows the players that you have to move on.
Ok Kody. Give one example of a call that went our way on Saturday that shouldn't have, just to even things out. Oh, you can't? Obviously. Now shut the **** up and go **** yourself.
Jesus I get sick of this excuse. They are 18-23 year old, not 10 year-olds. If they have the wear-for-all to endure college football, two-a-day practices, weight lifting, etc, on top of school, then they have the physical mentality to overcome more then just about everyone on here can.
There was a lot of funny business Saturday and it all started on Ryen's overturned touchdown. Did it touch the ground? Maybe but it has to be 100% indisputable to overturn. That call should have stood on the field if there is the slightest uncertainty. That was complete BS that we were robbed of 4 points.
Our 2nd down spot was atrocious. What was even more atrocious was Rhoads' not challenging it or the replay official not stopping the game. Rhoads' isn't completely off the hook for ISU losing the game.
Not to mention the refs missed multiple holding calls on OSU's go ahead drive. I understand there will always be incompetency for reffing but we are always at the unfavorable end. Even national media was tweeting after Ryen's revoked TD that this crap always happens to ISU.

As I've maintained all year, Iowa State is the only Big 12 fan base that can complain about officiating.
OSU fans around us even said that this game was ridiculous and were disappointed that they had to win with the refs help. Go ahead and call BS that OSU fans said all of this but all the ISU fans in lower section 11 can confirm that this. They said ISU came to play, OSU didn't. They were ****** that the OSU players were goofing off on the sidelines in the first half. The OSU players sure got serious once they realized they were about to lose to ISU. I'm not asking for favoritism to ISU, I'm asking for fair reffing but I'm afraid those days are long gone as long as you have an extremely limited playoff system. There is millions of $$ of why the conference should have biased reffing and that's why I hate that so much money is to be made in college football. Teams who aren't competing for a playoff spot will always get effed over if they have any chance of winning.

Translation, it was a judgement call that went against ISU. It didn't decide the game and Rhoads could have challenged the spot. But if they stop play to review every half yard, we will have 5 hour games.
This wasn't a screwjob. We had 2 downs to get 1 yard. Why do ISU fans continue to pass the buck and blame officials for things within our control?
