All I got to say is

51.ppg average versus 28ppg average.
This is typical of the score.
50ish to 20 ish will be the score. Maybe since its in Ames it will be like 40-21
Take the bet.

What ISU needs to be able to do is rush the football and sustain a drive. and actually come away with points.
This is why teams in the Big Ten can beat these teams. Wisconsin will hold the ball for 40 mins of the game and keep TCU off the field. And then actually play defense.

BTW...how do you have the ball for 32 mins, have a RB that goes for 250 and have 500 yards of offense and lose by 30+ points. Thats crazy.

I mean Canzeri's getting a Medal of Honor in Iowa City today for going for 250 yds.

This line reminds me of the MBB game against Drake a few years back. Something doesn't smell right.

This, there is no such thing as a sure bet. 9 times out of 10 when it looks this obvious and all the money is going one way, somehow the game goes the opposite way. I'm not saying ISU will win or cover, but the line makers definitely see something that the rest of us are missing.

It always amazes me how often the betting line is so accurate and it usually comes down to a missed field goal or a last minute score.

With that being said, I would still put money on TCU to cover.

Just for comparison, Tech vs. Kansas is currently at TTU -31.

Also, I'm going to interject here: Sticking with the Big 12, why in the world did ESPN2 choose to air our game over WVU/Baylor... or even Oklahoma/KSt... ESPN knows something we don't.

Minus last year, ISU plays TCU tough. I don't know why, style of play or what. TCU plays down to competition maybe. Can't explain it, but I feel this is our best chance for a win over the ranked teams
left on the schedule. TCU doesn't step on people's throats. It will cost them sometime this year.

You people are easy marks. ISU will keep this game within grasp by only being a couple of scores down. They will tantalize us by looking like they are within reach of doing something positive but will Crap it away in the end and lose by 16.

No, ESPN just has a Heisman showcase package they've been working on for 5 weeks for Boykin that they need to push out there.

I think with what happened in Manhattan last weekend you can probably flush that thought.

I don't know, this TCU team seems to struggle on the road and play down to their competition. They let Minnesota keep it close, and they needed last second heroics to beat both Tech and KSU. They don't seem to be learning their lesson. TCU on paper looks 3 TDs better than us easy, but I wouldn't touch this line. I'm not convinced that they will stomp us as bad as they should.
