Woah, lets not celebrate too much. Remember, the Cardinals are just coasting right now a really done care.

Coasting and playing ****** baseball are 2 different things. I love how all you cub fans are pounding your chests.
Win something before you start talking junk.

Yeah lol. Not gonna talk trash about the Cardinals right now as neither team really has anything to fight for anymore until October.

Uhh... the Cubs are in a heated race to host an entire playoff series right now with the Pirates. That's a pretty big deal.

(I guess it's not really a "series" since it's one game)

The Cubs have a series left with the Pirates. Really don't think Cubs management is too desperate to sweep the Cardinals otherwise they wouldn't have thrown their bullpen against y'all yesterday

Big time win for the Cardinals. Looking forward to hosting the NLDS against Pittsburgh or Chicago after whoever it is burns their ace in the one-game playoff immediately beforehand.

Glad the St. Louis collapse won't cost us the division (knock on wood, but getting to play 7 straight at home now against Cincinnati and Milwaukee should lock it up).

"We didn't really want to win anyway"

Now you sound like Bode.

Nice win, Cards. Hope this isn't the last time we face off this season. Seems like it comes down to the wire every time we play!

They clearly wanted to win today, but do you really think they were expecting to win yesterday with Lester available, and instead choosing to bench him over Travis Wood, who is the worst bullpen arm for the Cubs, when going against Wacha?

Take it as a compliment, geesh. The Cubs figured they were losing yesterday as is and went for the win today.

I dont mean this in a bad way, but please stop. No need to try and jinx anything.
