Day drinking is great as long as it doesn't continue into night drinking. Those are the nights that end poorly. 14 hours of booze is a marathon I don't want to run (but sometimes still do).

Don't drink much before 5:00pm. But, I am Irish. And Ireland being 6 hours ahead of Des Moines, I am good to go by mid-morning Des Moines time...

Are people really basing their answers on being able to drive drunk without getting caught? If you've had too many where you're at or over 0.08 then you shouldn't be driving regardless of time.

To be fair I also like to do my drunk driving during the day because I find it easier to text with the natural light.
