I don't think he should have a buy-out for the NBA.

What?!! If an NBA team wants to talk to an employee of the University who is under contract, they shouldn't have to pay for the possibility of having that resource break that contract?

I'm not saying you're wrong....wait....yeah I am. You are 100% wrong. :)

Not really bargaining in a position of power. If it is something he wants (and wouldn't sign a contract without it), what do you do? At this point, we need him more than he needs us.

I wonder what the conversations are like when Hoiberg and the players talk about the "starving players" comments by Shabazz Napier. He probably says something about getting his money now by helping position them so they can get theirs later by playing professionally. Still, it seems like it would be a bit awkward.
