Wow, Looking at that picture reminded me of how different our team will look next year. I'm not saying we will be worse but it will certainly be different.

I hope our point guard play stays solid.

I'll say it. We will be worse.

hard to imagine we won't have a dropoff next year trying to replace 4 of our top 6 players.

I don't think anyone can safely say we'll be better or worse. We've got a lot of new guys coming in...just like this year, just like last year...it could be better, it could be worse. Nobody knows.

It all depends on who they're replaced with and how much the remaining players improve.

Wouldn't it be cruel if it was someone's mix up who made the framed jerseys and Korie is just too polite to point it out to Coach? :)

Who knows if we'll be worse? I didn't think we'd be that great this year and this team has exceeded my expectations but has also disappointed me with crappy losses against Tech and Texas and then losing on buzzer beaters.

I think the key next year will be point guard play and I think Bubu will step up. He knows he doesn't need to shoot right now, but he gets in the lane pretty easily and draws fouls. Bluford will be huge, if he can bring half the energy McGee does he'll be great. Also, SDW will need to step up big time next year, same with Okoro.

Niang and Ejim are going to dominate the paint and I think that'll open it up for Percy.

If I recall correct some people thought this year would be a drop off in talent too. Some people must just be pessimists by nature

I get giddy just thinking about those two next year.

We bring back Niang and Ejim. Imagine Niang after a year and a half of ISU's strength and agility program. Imagine a Niang with a vertical higher than 6".

We have Thomas and Morris coming in next year, plus two good JUCOs. It shouldn't be that much different than the last two years when we've brought in transfers and either zero or only one significant freshmen.
