Good time to have a spokesman, I guess.

From a tax perspective, also a "fortunate" time to pass away. There is no estate tax in 2010. So his kids get his whole fortune, including the Yankees, tax free. Caveat: I don't the guys finances. But he obviously was a rich guy.

Not to sound morbid or anything, but this has been brought up on a Buffalo Bills podcast about Ralph Wilson and the status of the Bills.
