Former Iowa State wide receiver Jayden Higgins and the Houston Texans agreed to a new contract Thursday, making Higgins the first second round draft pick to have a fully guaranteed contract out of the draft.

Higgins’ deal with Texans is reportedly worth $11,700,824 spanning four years.

Both Higgins and fellow Iowa State teammate Jaylin Noel were drafted by the Texans, and will look to team up again in the wide receiver room.

The deal was reported by Equity Sports and Higgins’ agent, Chris Cabott.
