Iowa State signee Aili Tanke will take the court at Hilton Coliseum for the first time in November, but first she will show off her shooting skills on national TV Sunday.
The Johnston standout is competing in the Intersport Basketball 3-point Nationals, set for a 12:00 p.m. start on CBS.
Tanke led her high school squad in scoring during the 2023-24 season, and finished the year with a 49.6 percent mark from behind the arc.
The in-state recruit also notched an 81.8 percent number from the free throw line and led her team in rebounding.
