Iowa State men’s basketball is headed to the NCAA Tournament for a third straight season.
The Cyclones were announced Sunday as a No. 2 seed and will begin their tournament journey facing off with No. 15 South Dakota State on Thursday in Omaha.
The other side of the bracket includes No. 7 Washington State and No. 10 Drake.
The Cyclones finished the season with a 24-7 record in the regular season, including a 13-5 mark in Big 12 play.
Thanks to a sweep in Kansas City that included three straight victories by double digits, the team finished as Big 12 tournament champions.
