Former Iowa State Cyclone Tyrese Haliburton has been named as an NBA All-Star Game starter, the league announced Thursday.
The news broke just before the Indiana Pacers’ game started on Thursday at Gainbridge Fieldhouse.

Haliburton leads the NBA in assists, averaging 12.6 per game.
He’s also in the top 50 in the league in points per game (23.6) and field goal percentage (49.6%).
Haliburton will take to the court in the All-Star game Sunday, February 18 at 7:00 p.m. (CT) on TNT.
