Iowa State moves up to No. 23 in latest AP Poll

The Iowa State men’s basketball team climbed one spot to No. 23 in the latest AP Poll that was released Monday afternoon.

Coach T.J. Otzelberger and his team are coming off a 1-1 week with a massive win at then No. 19 TCU and a loss to then No. 20 BYU.

The Cyclones are one of seven Big 12 teams ranked in the top 25, which is the most by any conference.

The team will face Kansas State on Wednesday (8:00 p.m., ESPN2) and No. 7 Kansas on Saturday (12:30 p.m., CBS) inside Hilton Coliseum.
