Following multiple departures out of its defensive back room, Iowa State football has added a junior college product late in the 2022 recruiting cycle.
Friday night, Treyveon McGee, announced over social media that he would be playing his next year of college football in Ames.
McGee, a junior college product out of Independence C.C., had offers from some of the top FCS programs in the country in Jacksonville State and Eastern Kentucky among others.
The Detroit native will be eligible for the 2022 season.
