David Montgomery is back doing David Montgomery things.

The former Cyclone compiled 46 yards on six carries and scored his first professional touchdown on Thursday in the first half of the Bears’ preseason opener against Carolina. Unsurprisingly, the third-round pick in last spring’s draft had to create something out of nothing in order to find the end zone.

Looks familiar, right?

This surely will not be the last time the Cincinnati native finds paydirt as a pro and he is going to make it tough for this Vikings fan not to root for the Bears this season.
