I believe these are confirmed. NWS would send a survey crew to potential sites of tornadoes the next day to identify if a tornado did touch down and determine the path, severity, etc. With that said, a tornado from the 1950's may had gone unnoticed/uncounted if it happened in an open field with nobody around to see it. Radar would help the NWS office know if a storm had rotation and where the rotation was located to investigate potential tornado sites

Yeah, it would be nice if the rain were more evenly spread out. However, considering how long our state has been in a drought situation, I'm fine with the extra precip right now. I'll take every drop.
Really slammed the brakes on any planting and there will be a lot of replant. Farming taking a major hit on these rains. Need about a week to dry out and get rid of these large ponds.
Buying replant probably. Seen some 30 acre ponds. Field just NE of you had the dredge ditch back feeding tile Thursday when I went by, in takes were fountains. Needs to quit.
Got a couple large spots that I could put a boat in. Maybe we are in the rice region now.
