There might actually be a window to make that work. With Missouri State leaving, Valley schedules are going to have to be blown up and re-done.

Both teams also have an open date on 9/20.

*Move ISU/USD to 9/20.
*Get an open week before Iowa (plus 2 more open weeks during conference season).
*Get a home game at JTS on the 50th anniversary of the first game there (9/20/75).
*Keep an early-season (good weather) home game instead of punting it to November.

I didn't realize those packages are per person, what a scam. The hotel Gresham is 1400, 2 tickets 600, how they come up with $5,180 from that. You don't even get a shuttle from the airport.

This is direct on the Aer Lingus site, cheapest options for Tues - Tues with a checked bag, how are you seeing $512??

ETA: The cheapest option which does not include a checked bag (only carry on) and has cancellation/change fees comes to $534 for the same dates.

Does anyone know where Nebraska message boards are? I wanted to get a look at their experience especially to see if it would be worth it to take my teenage boy along. Seems more like an adult trip.

Kstate, like Iowa, always has 7 home games...Kstate in the past has even had 8 home games a couple times

So Kstate having 6 home games in 2025 is no different than ISU every other season

traveling to Tulane, Arkansas St, is the most ridiculous scheduling ever. (see Ohio disaster).. There is absolutely zero redeeming aspects to this away dates. In fact--there are 50 reasons not to travel to these non-conference games in nowheresville

Come on Jamie. start treating ISU FB like a real program, and pay these bums like Ark State to come to Ames. Even though I loathe Iowa, they would never stoop to this level
