YouTube TV added some channels today...just letting people know because if you have customized your "live guide" these channels won't show up! You have to go into settings to add them to your lineup. If you haven't customized the "live guide" then they will already appear. Just a heads up...my wife will be thrilled to see HGTV available now!

Was there a price increase?

Edit: Just saw going up to $50/month in May.

All plans are now $49.99...which blows as I was locked in at $35 since Feb 2018. Still better than the $100+ I was paying when I made the switch from cable TV to YTTV.

Yeah as long as this doesn't happen too much more I am fine with it. If it becomes just another bloated over priced platform just streaming I am gone.

I tried the cord cutting tv approach about a year ago with Playstation TV. It had a great selection, but once I found out I couldn't fast-forward through commercials with my DVRed content I lost all interest. I see YTTV uses a cloud service. Does it have ads/commercials that play during DVRed content?

I continue to consider YTTV rather than DTVN, but I get HBO on my DTVN for $5/mo. It doesn't look like it's available on YTTV.

Keep in mind you don't HAVE to have these channels like HGTV, Fox News, etc show up on your feed....

Agree...people like me who customize the guide sometimes miss the occasional added network(s). Had I not seen the tweet from YouTube TV I might not have known about these additional networks. You certainly can manage the channels that show on your feed and in which order...correct.

Yep, for the tournament adjusted so TBS, TNT, CBS and TruTV were top four shown on the Live page.

Has anybody traveled internationally with YouTube TV? Can you stream at all? Also, can you set up things to still get added to your library? I'm going to be out of the country for 3 weeks and think I may cancel but trying to figure out my options.

It doesn't work internationally but there are ways to get around that.

I decided to "pause" my membership until the end of August when football season starts up again. I'll miss having TV but with summer weather I'll watch a lot less of it anyway.
