Not so fast. Just didn't want this to turn into another mud fight. The list is interesting. WVU much lower than one would expect is noteworthy. And how about UNC, Arizona and, gulp, SEC Missouri?

I couldn't see the entire article so I don't know what metrics were used, but I'm a little surprised T Boone's money didn't bump Okie St higher on that list.

Pretty confident this is a present value calculation. So, it's about cash flow for the most part. And these things do get skewed based on how schools report stuff. Like, for example sake, how does Ku allocate contributions that everyone knows are tied to their hoops' program for the most part? My bet, they give a larger than expected share to football, thus the program looks comparatively good on this WSJ measurement.
