Wrestling Rankings 2024-25

The season is right around the corner and there have been recent rankings to come out. I believe InterMat and Flo have released their full rankings and WIN has partially released their rankings. One thing I noticed is there's a lot of uncertainty with what weight guys will wrestle at in the middle weights but we expected that.

Yup. With the number of guys moving weights, or new in the lineup, rankings are going to be wonky for our team until well into 2nd semester.

Unsure if the weights and wrestlers will match up but this might be close to our best line-up (I'd swap Terukina for Diversent and if healthy put Chittum at 165 and move MJ up to 174).

OpenMat is paying attention. That's a much closer lineup than what the other rankings are projecting. I still would like understand how these folks think there are 30+ wrestlers better than CC.

I think he’ll end up being good, but his results look like someone that should be unranked.

Well he hasn’t proved it yet. Only a 1 time All American. Which is unfortunately a disappointment

On his best day, there definitely aren’t. If Yonger can have a good 3 days in March is a big question mark.

One thing I would like to point out to people. I 100% believe we will be fine if Swiderski doesn't wrestle 141 and redshirts this season.

Does anyone remember how the Frost brothers decided who wrestled 133 and 141 last season?

Most overrated kid at 141 is Vombaur at 5

I am NOT a photoshop/graphic expert, but either he's had issues with both shoulders or the image was mirrored to make it fit the graphic layout.
