Tuna Lawsuit

Opened thinking someone was suing Bill Parcells.

Disappointed.

Was just about to post him in response to this pic.

There is a line in there that states there is a fixed $ amount to be awarded. So, depending on the amount of claimants, it's possible the individual award could be much lower than the advertised $50.

This whole thing is fake. That website is just a phishing scam to get your email address. Really. I wouldn't lie just so I could get the whole $50 of tuna.

I assume it's one per household, right? We eat their tuna all the time. $50 of tuna would last a while.

Yah. I'll be laughing at you when I'm eating my $50 of tuna.

Should start topping that **** off with spare dolphins.

Defense: "You see, judge, our procedures called for a full 5 oz of contents per can, but they were developed using dolphin filler. Since we no longer can harvest the dolphins, the cans ended up slightly short."
