My gym has a TreadWall sitting in the corner, gathering dust. The only people I've ever seen on it has been kids, who play around on it, until one of the people who work there can run over to shoo them off.
But the last 3 Saturdays, I've used it, just like I'd use a Treadmill. The first Saturday, did about 20 minutes on a too low setting, just to figure out how to manipulate the controls and to get a feel for it.
Last Saturday, the muscles I tweaked learning how to use it kept me from doing more than 10 minutes, but today, I felt prime, so I went for it and did 25 minutes on a correct setting for my weight and fitness, and all I can say is Wow! That is one butt-kicking workout!
I initially thought it wouldn't work that well, because nobody uses it, but really think I can find a place to work it into my regular workout. My forearms feel like Popeye's right now.
Anyone else use one of these machines?
