But seriously, the NCAA needs to close some of these loopholes. It at very least ***** all over the spirit of the rules by having 17 "normal" students living there. I'm sure those 17 students won't end up being the players 'handlers'.

This really helps the coaches keep an eye on the players. Coach Hoiberg and the Ames Police probably wouldn't have been called for noise and other violations if BDJ had lived in a place like this.

Which is pretty much every time ISU has played KU, ever, so I don't see much changing here.

We could have something like that if our athletic department only cared about men's basketball. Thankfully, Pollard supports all our sports. I can't imagine the coaches of their other sports are too happy.

Love or hate Pollard, he has improved the facilities across the board, in bout every sport, not just basketball and football.

I doubt this has any serious impact on ISU's recruiting whatsoever. Pretty sure the KU name itself is the much bigger obstacle ISU has to overcome.
