I remember seeing there wasn't a divider between the cab and the back, but are you sure it was cut out? Or was there a door in the front that had been opened?
I dont think it was a door, but without the episode on my dvr anymore, i couldnt check.

I guarentee that it was cut out and not a door. It was in a semi-circular shape and looked to be cut out with a torch. There would be no way for him to take zombies with him.
First off, how do we know Merle even took the truck? Didn't they just assume it was him? Or, was it a clear cut fact that Merle took it?
But, Merle had never been to the camp in the mtns before hand, right? If so, then that would be a plausible scenario as well.yeah, they just assume it was him i think. i suppose it could have been anyone.
actually, i wouldve found it interesting if merle was one of the zombies. remember the zombie mom in the first episode remembered the house? what if merle was a zombie and remembered where camp was and had wandered up there with a bunch of other zombies following? Had that happened im sure they would have shown that, but it wouldve been an interesting twist.

Aw, yeah, you're right. He was part of the scavenging group that was in the city, and his brother was part of the group at the camp, so i'd assume he had been to the camp before.
Movin' to the country gonna eat a lot of people
I'm movin' to the country I'm gonna eat me a lot of people
So...theories on how a **** ton of zombies show up in the camp out of nowhere? One or two would have been coincidence, but that many? My wife thinks that Merle somehow loaded up the van with them and unleashed them on the camp, but I find that a bit far fetched.
I just watched the episode yesterday - I'm really happy they aren't afraid to drop some people in this show. Good episode, although the old people's home thing was a little cheesy.
I kind of like the angle of the old people. You kind of forget about that group in all of this. Will be interesting to see what other pockets of people have survived. Im guessing we may see some prison folks as well. If you think about it, how would zombies get to guys in cells? How would they get out?
I thought the relative success of the Guillermo's group barricading themselves in the middle of the zombie filled city juxtaposed with the attack on what was thought to be the much safer camp was also interesting. Really made you re-think the conventional zombie survival logic.
