I find the location of this place interesting...
It basically towers over the Ames Christian school approximately 15 feet away.
It is also built on a flood plain, so that will make for fun times down the road.
The walk to the stadium should be short.

when i was a freshman, it was 5 of us guys in a 2 bed apartment with 1 bathroom.
I can't remember one problem at all. Seriously, guys don't need much time in the bathroom, and if one guy makes a mess just confront him. The rest of your roomies will back you up.
And, I also really liked living with a bunch of people. Our room always seemed to have 10 people in it. Even at midnight on a tuesday or whatever. At the time i didn't always like it, but it is 100x better living with noise than living by yourself all the time. Trust me!!

At one time back in the late 90's, we had 9 guys living in a 5 bedroom house with one bathroom. Got a little hectic in the mornings, but we didn't have many problems and rent was dirt cheap.
way too far from the bars... you can find a decent house on campus and pay 300 a month. plus throw awesome parties, tailgate in your front lawn, and be in walking distance to classes/stadium/rec

Yea, they weren't exactly done with it, you'll be moving in Monday night. Too many City codes to get through.
thats good information are you living there? have you heard anything else. I just got word that i will not be moving in until tuesday morning so looks like ill be in the hotel for a while
