How about this: hire Coach Sadler??? He has NO talent whatsoever, and is beating Kansas on their court!

Thanks all- I knew there was ageneral dislike for him, just thought there might have been a specific ISU incident that I missed somehow.

No sorry...leg cramps are more times than not by potassium deficiency more than anything you listed. Look it up in any health book or medical journal. The only thing you listed up there that is major in cramping is calcium

Chow Line: Potassium-rich foods deter muscle cramps (for 5/4/03)

also:
"Cramps are often caused by a lack of potassium, resulting in an electrytic imbalance. Strenuous exercise with sweating and diarrhea or other bowel disease may cause loss of potassium and other important minerals. It is very important to replace them with supplements. Some people get leg cramps at night for no apparent reason."

Who the hell cares? If an athlete gets cramps, I guarantee you that they will try and get them to hydrate themselves more. Do a search on the internet.....what causes leg cramps. Yes, a lack of potassium can be one cause. So is dehydration.

Here........I did it for you.
