An update on the move and how we are surviving.

The move wasn't just a box of personal stuff and a laptop. He has taken over a two car garage and a small part of the tractor shed.

Our original plan to find office space away from WDM at a decent price and convenient to home (20 miles from WDM) didn't work. He set up shop in the garage (temperature controlled) with two computers, four monitors, a server, two plotters, color printer, photo copy machine, conference table w/chairs, numerous lateral files and bookcases.

He is very happy and much more relaxed. He's not worried about billable hours to cover rent, utilities, an office manager (she was a partner in the firm) and an office assistant.

He's diabetic so I'm not worrying about him working late hours and the possibility of his blood sugar going low (three EMT calls were needed in 16 months).

We will be taking a few days in August to participate in the attempt the break the world's record of Mini Coopers in one place.

So far no regrets. Oh and he has two "interns" Annie and Louie. They work for dog biscuits so are quite affordable.
