I was wondering how many of you have used StubHub before? I used it for the first time yesterday, tickets to the Womens Big 12 Tournament. I still haven't heard anything back from the seller. They say the seller has 48 hours to confirm your order but I'm wondering if this is common. I know with my past experiences with Ebay sellers tend to get right back to you because they want their money.
I'm hoping I hear something soon I spent the extra money to have the tickets overnighted and would like to have them arrive before we have to leave.

Update...I reached a customer service representative at StubHub because I noticed the exact same seats were listed but at twice of what I had bought them for. My ticket buyer told StubHub that he did not have my tickets but they did not send me an email. (Glich in the system they said) The worse thing is the person at Stub Hub I talked to was sure that the new listing was from the same person I tried to buy my tickets from but under a different email and there is nothing they can do about it.

What a bunch of bull dung!!!!

You can still order through Ticket Master and have the tickets at will call. They may not be as good, but hopefully you (and people like me) can move down.

That sucks dude. I've used stubhub a lot of times, both buying and selling, and I've had great luck with it.

Don't they take something like a 25% cut if you sell tickets?

at the deal butlercy got his tickets first time around, a large commission didn't really matter....
