Stillwater Tailgate Question

Headed down to Stillwater for the first time with some friends. None of us have been there and have no clue what to do/where to park. For those of you who have been, any tips on parking, what to do, etc? TIA!

We went to Eskimo Joe’s on Friday night and asked a local where to park & how early. He said park on a side street near stadium and 2 hours before kick off would be plenty. We didn’t believe him and went there around 8/9 and no one around, 1:00 KO. Couldn’t believe it. Bars around stadium couldn’t serve booze until 10:00. So, it’s a late arriving crowd & the tailgating is low key. Good people but it’s not an ISU tailgate atmosphere. I doubt with 2 losses & a one win ISU it’s going to be amped up.
