Scott Stephenson is on the 42 person Rimington award watch list, which is the award given to the top center in the country.

Nice honor for Scott. I think he will play on Sundays if he can show some durability. I don't think he is the best center in country, but is capable of putting together a top 10 season. We really need him to be 100% all year long. Without him, I shudder to think....

I agree, Scott has a great body for an NFL center. He is strong at about 300 lbs. and he is very athletic. Great feet and good hands. If he plays every game this year without any more shoulder problems he could be a 2nd or 3rd round pick. He also has the mental toughness that ISU has lacked on the O-Line the last several years.
