Has anyone ever used this service? I am considering using it for a small organization I'm a part of. My concern is, however, that I would only need the service seasonably about six months out of the year at most. Do they allow you to suspend your account for part of the year and then pick up where you left off? $15.99 a month isn't a ton of money but it is for something you're not using.

Interested in hearing about this too, we go through about $120.00 in stamps a month and still just goto the post office to buy stamps.

If we need to do a mailing to all of our customers we goto a mailing service and have them do it for us. They have a minimum of 200 pieces per mailing though.

Another thing I have to do often is certified mail, we have supplies on hand to have ready before we goto the post office but they always seems to take alot of time.

200 pieces is a minimum to get a discount....bulk mail. That is why they want 200 pieces.
Certified mail you can get a $1.30 savings if you go electronic route. It eliminates the green card.
I don't work for PB, but deal with them on daily basis.

We save alot of money when we mail out calendars yearly going the bulk route. When we were putting stamps on them ourself we needed to but about $1.40 on them. When I went to the mailing center we are now not sending them first class and postage is only $.36 each big big savings.

Stamps.com is a month-month service, so if you only need to use it for 6 months at a time and then cancel, you can do so. If you're curious about the service, feel free to ask me any questions. Alternatively, you may want to try our no-risk 4-week trial.

Many of our customers have saved a ton of time using Stamps.com for certified mail. With Stamps.com, you can print out everything you need for certified mail (with or without return receipt) without having to go to the Post Office. Please let me know if you have any questions. Thanks!
