My in laws moved recently and are purging quite a bit of stuff. Among the things my wife brought home one day were two large buckets filled with sprinkler heads and other parts for an irrigation system, including a control box and miscellaneous joints. I haven't taken a precise inventory but that's basically it.
I'm not sure, but from what I can tell most of this stuff has never been installed. It's a bit weathered because it's sat in a garage for a long time but it has not been extensively used.
Someday I might install a sprinkler system, but I have no interest whatsoever in attempting to do this myself, and it could be years away.
What should I do with this stuff? Does it have any value? Would a professional even attempt to blend these parts with whatever else I would need to round out the full system?
