Bill tweeted we're hosting this weekend. Time flies - it's almost signing day and our last recruit class hasn't played yet. I hope someone can identify who visits.

As a follow-up The Ames Tribune (Yes we appreciate it and thank you to all at the Tribune for all you do!) there is a nice write-up on Stewart. http://amestrib.com/sports/women-s-basketball-isu-target-stewart-pitched-commits-aau-teammate

I learned much about our connections with this standout.

She committed to Frau Blooter.

fricking amazing. Have fun playing in front of 2000 fans attending their games

She must of not fit in with ISU's 'family atmosphere' chuckle chuckle

Am I correct that IA's recruiting has been pretty successful with a couple good commitments lately??

Yes, really good, which I find a little odd considering their lack of real success.

It's going to just kill me if they beat us this year but we seem to just lay an egg on every recent trip to IC.

That blows my mind ?????
For the past three recruiting cycles our rercruits have been rated well ahead of Iowa's. When we lose a recruit to Iowa we turn around and get a one as good or better. From all I've read Gustafson's loss meant we got Burkhall as she committed to us right after Gustafson committed to Iowa. We have been beat by Iowa by bad timing on the court. We have a great coach, great players and tremendous support and we should win in the future. As for Stewart going to Iowa, not really a big deal as she was late add-on and we may likely find someone as good or better if we really need them.

I swear, the EIU staff must sit back and look at our list of potenetial recruits, then try to move on them. What are the odds that we're after the same players all the time?

Thanks, I agree.
