I have a Cookshack electric. It's basically a micro version of a commercial electric smoker. The walls are insulated so you don't have to have a water pan. It was kind of spendy, but worth every penny. It's like a Ronco - set it and forget it. Sam's club carries a similar Chinese knockoff.
I used to have an offset box Oklahoma Joe, but I don't have time to tend a fire.
