Central Iowa Altoona pres
and I saw him too close up as he ran past our bench after a steal and went in for the thunder dunk. He is a stud. In the sophomore game McDermott's son had 20. He will be alright, too

My little bro goes to High School with him and says that he's hearing from bigger and bigger schools. We need to wrap this kid up before he completely slips through.

We need a cybookie on where barnes is going to go... I'm saying anywhere but ISU. I think he's using the fact that he's spent so much time with a college team in his favor. I think he'll get a few killer offers from bigger schools... I'm not a pessimist, just a realist.

I still think he'll be a Cyclone, but is enjoying the recruiting process. Why wouldn't he?

I think he wants to be a Cyclone, but even more, he wants to play for a good team. We need to show some serious improvement next year if we want to have Barnes become a cyclone. That is a main reason I'm in favor of getting the best Juco post and point players available in the spring.

His family has said many times he isn't going to commit early...so we are just going to have to wait it out.

Austin Arnaud an Ames product was offered a scholarship during his sophomore year in high school and choose iowa state during his senior year. Your going to have to wait a while for him to committ. But hopefully he choose ISU

I don't know too much about him except for what I have read here on CF. It may too early to tell, but is there any chance that he may be a 'one and done' type of talent? 1 year in college and then on the NBA?

I think he is good, but not THAT good... But who cares, get him signed and if he is that good, lets enjoy the time together.
