I am guessing you are talking about recommending someone for a job. Depends on where you work, but I go straight to the HR recruiter and give the name, etc. Our company guarantees at least a phone interview to referrals.

I guess you could just tell them about the site, that should take care of it.:wink:

well there is a section when they register for a code so that if a friend referred them that friend gets credits.

It's something I haven't ever used much but it's setup so we can have credit rewards for people registering on the site using a link you provide.
