But if most companies operate on that policy, it's not quite that easy to just quit and find something else that will be better. Again, there is no reason we can't take some of the ideas from other countries and implement them here.
We had 9/80's at my last position for a little over a year until they got taken away. It was awesome when we were busy to work 9 hours a day and have every other Friday off. Everyone covered for each other and it worked great. It made it easy to schedule appts and what not on those days so you didn't have to leave work on a normal day.
I'm a like *****. I spread em all over town. If you make me laugh, you get a like more often than not. I wasn't saving up my likes for marriage, I was all about free love (likes) and peace and love and happiness man.
Without looking at the numbers my gut tells me that Goat is the most free with the likes. Heck, he has liked some of my posts that I didn't even like. :spinny:
I don't think anyone has spread it around more than Rulzzz. He's got to have some kind of STD (Site Transmitted Disease) by now.
Carvers and Velo are pretty liberal with their likes, unless I just seem to almost always be hitting on all cylinders for them.
my ratio flipped at some point. I had been like 100 up on received but now I've given away all my likes and I'm 100 the other way.
When you give out over 7K of them you are bound to accidentally give one or two to The Pants now and then.

Velo is slightly ahead of me and carvers is slightly behind me. But she's a girl, so that means her number is really twice that, right?
You benefit from being a mainstay in this thread which Velo and Carver hit up on the regular. It's what you would call a "target rich environment".

I can always tell when Velo is catching up because I'll get like, 7 straight likes from stuff I posted days ago.
I'm sittin' here stuck on 98. Starting threads and how big those threads are helps. I've mayored four mafia games in my three years of being active on here, so that definitely helps. Plus, getting mayor rep. I, like pantsy, am usually on mobile, so I probably don't give as many likes. If I really like something, I'll switch out to full site.
Get to go to work in an hour and a half.
I'm working every Monday through Saturday until July 3rd at one job, and I'm scheduled for two Sundays at the other job. Sucks, but my bank account doesn't hate it.

for some reason we have that schedule as an option, but only in the summer. I'd love to see it year round.
