I think we will know a lot more soon but it's hard to set a timeline since we're dealing with teenagers. I am very optomistic that things will be very clear as the month goes on.

Having said that, I have been told by those close to the conversations that McFarland will probably wait until mid July to announce anything. He is leaning heavily towards ISU but he is getting a lot of attention and wants to see how things work out. I still think he will be ours in the end.

What other legitimate choices does he have? If I was a player and had scholarship offers from ISU and Sisters of the Poor, I think it would be an easy decision.

I don't think there will be any more significant committments until late July or August. The next month will probably be a little slow for basketball news.
