Parking at Hilton

While listening to WHO this morning, the IDiOT told professional truck drivers that they should park their trucks at Hilton Coliseum until I35 is opened North of Ames. Isn't there a basketball game tonight, and what gives the DOT the right to park trucks there?

The road will likely be open later this afternoon and everyone will be on their way.

But if they don't have a permit, they shouldn't be in my lot

Be surprise I-35 isn't open by then. If it is not, they won't need that much parking anyway as I'd guess many fans would stay home.
