I'm watching CBS Sports on PS Vue right now.
One negative is Comedy Central isn't available on Vue, so now I'm scrambling looking for a streaming code to watch the new South Park.

Additional streaming topic - has anyone had any issues going over their bandwidth limit? I've been doing this for four months and my usage has been steadily climbing. I haven't gone over yet, but I got close last month. My limit is 1 TB and I came up 200 MB short.

My previous 3 months for data usage are 1200GB, 1400GB and 800GB. Not sure why August was so low, the 1200-1400GB is more typical. Granted that's not entirely streaming, but I'd say it's the bulk of it. When we cancelled cable TV I upped our Mediacom internet to the 200/20 package that has a 2TB cap.
Wtf I use PS Vue and Netflix and my highest usage the last 3 months is 95Gb. You guys need to stop streaming porn in 4k
DirecTV Now announced over a month ago they would be getting CBS Sports Network, but still nothing. Anyone have an idea?

I'm in IT and work from home, but I've been doing that for a long time and used next to no data. It was rare to go over 100 GB. Now we're doing 10X that.
Well, that's more than me. There are only two of us - if we had kids who were watching a bunch of kids shows I could see how one could rack up those kinds of numbers.

Our contract is up with DirecTV. We have CenturyLink and honestly I love their service and I've never had any problem with speed. I've been reading up on all of these services, and I think we'll get two apple TV boxes for the TV's in our house.
I've basically got two questions on the services:
1. Which one has the best DVR type thing?
2. I don't get how ABC/CBS locals in general work. I've read like 3 articles on it but just don't get it. I don't really care if we get locals specifically, I do want to have the major networks streamed though the service but don't particularly care if they are locals. I'm honestly just not going to mess with an antenna.
Thinking really strongly about Vue, but the locals thing is the only thing stopping me from dropping Direct.

Fubo tv has a 1 month free trial right now. It has A LOT of sports channels. For a free month, its worth it for me. It includes the CBS one for the Akron game. Added the extra sports plus and the DVR, cost was $0. Be sure to cancel before the trial is up.

The fear is real. My antenna won't pick up local channels. I am going to have to pirate (shhh!) the Chiefs games that are on CBS. Also we don't get CBS Sports Networks so I won't be able to watch the ISU game this weekend unless I pirate (again, shhh!) that as well.
The savings from Dish to DirecTV are nice but I'm missing out on a ton of channels that are necessary for football season.
Does PS Vue have to be to streamed on a PS or can it be streamed on a Amazon Fire Stick?
