My cordless optical mouse wheel used to move quickly down the page but now I have to spin it several times to get there. Is this a setting? I won't be at the office until Monday to see the IT guy so hopefully someone has a quick fix. Whats the solution? It moves around the page at regular speed when I move the mouse.

There should be a setting in Control Panel -> Mouse to set how many lines to scroll for every mouse wheel "notch".
