Well, I can't understand why Fred and TJ don't understand they should not look at any other jobs until there is an opening at ISU and we can decide if we want them back.

I mean, don't they owe us their total loyalty till the day they die? Can't they feel the butt hurt coming from certain posters?

Get over it people.

Why are these threads in the IOWA STATE basketball forum? Fred no longer has anything to do with this basketball program. You can have whatever opinion on Fred’s decision but personally I don’t give a damn. When I come to this forum I want to see information on OUR team and OUR program, please.
This reminds me of the idiots who hit the reply button and write "remove me from this list serve" without realizing everyone on the list serve is getting their message

I think quite a few people are happy for Fred. Where the anger comes from are the Nebraska fans. Hearing those fans claim him as the mayor of Lincoln or try to spin it as if Nebraska has always been the place Fred wanted to be is not only comical, but rubs a lot of people the wrong way over here.

I still think it is possible to be a fan of Fred and not a fan of Nebraska. It's also possible to be really happy with the coach we have and excited for the future of our program. It's like some of you think it has to be one or the other. Zero middle ground.
