Listen to AC/DC on the radio tonight on my way home and got thinking about how bad the radio quality sound is compared to CD or MP3s or the like.

Question is, where can you find the old good music like AC/DC, Journey, Rush, Led Z....redone and cleaned up for sound and clarity?

If you buy them on line, are they cleaned up for better qualtity? I mean I even have a Creed CD that I think the reproduction is crap compared to my other stuff.

Any insight on this?

Where can they be found? My iTunes library :biglaugh:

Not much help here! So have they been cleaned up?

I mean if I play them through my MP3 into my Denon, Marantz system and let my Paradym towers and book shelfs turn a bright red glow, as my neighbors lights dim while they eat dinner and the signal lights turn to "red lights flashing" in the Burbs from the power I am using as the hearing impaired dance to AC/DC in front of my house, will it be clean or much cleaner than the the old CD's?

Yes, a LOT of tracks have been digitally remastered.

I'd say the vast majority of MP3s are far worse than their CD counterparts. They almost certainly are no better than the original CDs.
