Was just watching the ESPNU coverage and along the bottom ticker it said that Iowa State had signed two of the top 45 OL. Is that really the case?

I see that Mims and Woods both go to the same high school as Hayworth Hicks did. I just have a good feeling for some reason that all three of those guys are going to help lead us to a Big 12 north title in two years. Our offense could be scary good in 2010.
Moore and Litchenberg.
Moore will start off at DE and I hope he can be the stud we have been searching for since 2005.
according to ESPN rankings Aaron Moore is the #40 OT, and Kyle Lichtenberg is the #44 OT.... so 2 top 45 OT's
moore will be playing DL though
Aaron Moore is 15, Lichtenberg is 86. Spears is unrated. If we have 2 in the top 45 it's somebody we don't know about.

if we in fact did land Bellamy, then our class has one 4* and ten 3*... thats solid.
does suck that Marry went to Ole Miss and Mars is almost for sure going to FIU.... hopefully Mars changes his mind at the last second. He still isnt reported as signed anywhere.

Does anyone have an update on Ethan Tuftee from last year's recruiting class. Remember he greyshirted or whatever it's called to rehab a knee injury he sustained in his Sr season. I believe he enrolled in January. He is a lineman, but not sure what side of the ball.

just so ya know, FIU's head coach also reported that Mars has signed there.... i just dont get that decision. you pass up an opportunity to play in the Big 12 to play at FIU?! even if you dont go to a BCS conference you'd thing he would at least go to a decent non-BCS school.....

It appears that this class is shaping up well especially after getting Martin at DE and the LBs (areas I was most concerned about) I am not sure if Mars and Marry were players that Chizik's people originally went after or not, and if not then kudos to the existing coaching staff. The fact they were on the short list of those players this quickly really impresses me, so think about it if they can get a full year in finding these guys and wooing them. I think we could be in for some sustained success.
