Believe that Williams did it just last yearYes. We've had that happen at Iowa State too with transfers committing before visiting.

CW may say that they aren't looking at post players but I find that irresponsible on the staff if they don't. With the amount of fouls we rack up we need at least 1 more F/C to be a worthy contributer or we could be in trouble within the first 8min of every gameWhat if we’re not going after big men this year because Jones, Ward and King will more than suffice for next year as long as we get some ball dominant guards and shooters?
Next year with those three leaving you have a ton of PT for that position that you can sell whereas you don’t have that luxury this year.
We have Lipsey, Williams and Jelani for guards. We need as many guards as we can get our hands onCW may say that they aren't looking at post players but I find that irresponsible on the staff if they don't. True, my thought would be 2 scoring guards and 1 centerWe have Lipsey, Williams and Jelani for guards. We need as many guards as we can get our hands on
And the player we all loved was a stretch 5? 43% on 12 attempts/game was terrible for 5 unless he shot bunch of 3 pointers.Jones took all of his shots around the rim. 47% from there isnt good
we had a true "center" this year and it didn't work that well.True, my thought would be 2 scoring guards and 1 center
I think if we get two SGs we'll be in good shape. Biliew, Watson, Fish and Hamilton can all give us time at the three. We have Lipsey, Williams and Jelani for guards. We need as many guards as we can get our hands on
Needs Czinano to come coach him up on the non-dribble lifestyleIf Rob has to put the ball on the floor to get a shot, he should not be taking that shot. I'm fine with him shooting if he is close enough to not need a dribble.
That was my first thought exactlyNeeds Czinano to come coach him up on the non-dribble lifestyle
Problem with Jones is he takes so many bad shots that have no chance of going in.Jones took all of his shots around the rim. 47% from there isnt good
I took CW's comment to mean the interest we are getting is from guards.CW may say that they aren't looking at post players but I find that irresponsible on the staff if they don't. 47% still went in. What do you think of a player who only shot 43% (40.6% in conference) but attempted 12 shots per game? Jones is not great but he is not as bad as some people think. He is a serviceable backup center.Problem with Jones is he takes so many bad shots that have no chance of going in.

Sign me up for that right nowThe plan seems to be a combo guard, shooting guard, and a wing. All capable scorers.
Sign me up for that right now
If you have three guys in Ward Jones and King that can play the 5, that’s more than enough fouls to go around.CW may say that they aren't looking at post players but I find that irresponsible on the staff if they don't.
